It’s never too late to celebrate our amazing team! Join us in congratulating Trinity Lee for being named The Restoracy of Carmel’s July Rookie of the Month.

Trinity has been part of The Restoracy for over a year as a CNA and recently joined the team full-time. She loves the 6:1 resident-to-caregiver ratio, which allows her to provide exceptional care. Her advice for those entering long-term care: don’t take things personally, as we care for a population going through many life changes. Patience and understanding are key.

Outside of work, Trinity enjoys spending time with her family, boyfriend, and friends. She loves walking, swimming, singing and attending church every Sunday.
